If you have placed an order and wish to cancel after the appraisal has been started, we will issue a 50% refund of your original payment.
If you have received your valuation report and are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 30 days. We will issue a refund if appropriate.
Credit card purchases will be reversed within 30 days of the cancellation or approved refund request.
